Information We Collect
Without Ceasing collects the information you provide when you create an account, including your name and email address. If you choose to post prayer requests on the Prayer Wall, that content is stored in our database. We also collect usage data such as which features you use and when you log in, to help us improve the app.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to operate and improve the Without Ceasing app. Your email is used for authentication and, if you opt in, for prayer time notifications. Prayer Wall posts are shared with other community members as intended. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Prayer Wall & Community Content
Content you post on the Prayer Wall — including prayer requests, praises, and answered prayers — is visible to all registered members of the community. You may choose to post anonymously, in which case your name will not be displayed alongside your post. However, your identity is still associated with the post in our database for moderation purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Notifications
If you enable prayer time notifications, we may use your contact information to send you scheduled reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through the Settings page. We will not send unsolicited marketing messages.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can update your profile information through the Settings page, or delete your account entirely using the 'Delete Account' option in the Danger Zone section of Settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems.
Cookies & Local Storage
Without Ceasing uses browser local storage and session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. These are essential for the app to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Children's Privacy
Without Ceasing is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
